My sister Racquel is a creative writer. She once told me there is nothing like seeing your work in print! In an actual print magazine that people hold in their hands. I did not take this statement to heart because after all she is a writer. Writers get published right? Well, it turns out that wedding professionals can also get published too and she was right. There is no feeling like seeing your work in print and know that your work is valid!
I am featured in a photo shoot designed by Sandra Downie! This shoot happened last July and we are seeing the benefits of the shoot in the 2012 Spring/Summer edition of WellWed Magazine the Hamptons issue. Words cannot describe how happy and excited I am to be featured and I have to Thank Mrs. Sandra Downie from Connecticut for giving me the opportunity to work with her! It was a long distance collaboration and it worked out wonderfully! Go to her website and blog for more wedding inspiration! http://www.sandradownie.com/ and also head over to WellWed magazine for some awesome weddings and inspiration! http://www.wellwed.com/
My best friend is getting married! I am so excited for her and her new family! The bridesmaids and I are planning a Parisian themed bridal shower! I can’t tell you how excited I am! Here are the invitations that went out last week! Sorry for the bad pictures! (I took them on my phone because I was so excited!)
I thought I would take one post for myself and showcase some of the work I did for the Bridal Stroll this past Sunday. It took a lot to complete seven signs for the seven venues but I am really glad we persevered. I also want thank my darling husband for being my support system and for taking some really amazing pictures for me day of. Here is some of what we came up with!
These are some of the signs we made. I hope everyone enjoys them. Check back later this week to see more from the Downtown Disney Bridal Stroll!

I love, love, love these invites! I think that they are so different. I created these for a couple who wanted something unique. Their theme? The Big Top! I was so thrilled when I heard this! They wanted a vintage inspired invite that was bold and bright. Here is the mock up I created for them!
These invites were created for Marla. They feature Swarovski crystal elements and double sided satin ribbon. The invite was a pocket fold which organized all of her
information seamlessly! Her color story centered around charcoals, silvers and white. This invitation is truly one of a kind and special. It was a pleasure to work with such a kind and amazing bride like Marla!
